Biography: Shwan Jalal Abdullah Bajalan (BSc. Baghdad Uni., Msc. USM, Malaysia) I have been actively involved in teaching process since 2013 until now and I have taught a wide range of course books relevant to civil engineering curriculum starting from Building Materials, Engineering Drawings, Scientific Debates followed by more structural engineering topics such as Engineering Mechanics (Statics & Dynamics) Mechanics of Materials or the so-called Strength of Materials, Reinforced Concrete Design & Design of Concrete Structures for undergraduate students. Unfortunately programing with Fortran Language has become something of the past that I was heavily relying on in my undergraduate and post-graduate study to solve Structural Engineering problems numerically and come up with computer programs capable of modifying conventional methods of analysis to include specific structural behavior that is not taken into account conventionally therefore conducting undergraduate research studies relied upon ready-made software like ETABS or others and the followings are some of the FYP topics of 4th year students I have supervised: 1- Design of A Multiple Story Reinforced Concrete Building. 2- Design of R.C Circular Tank. 3- Dynamic Analysis of R.C Structures with Different Plan Views. 4- Dynamic Analysis of R.C Structures Considering Connections Flexibility. 5- Dynamic Analysis of R.C Structures Considering Height Effects. 6- Forces Redistribution Due to Dynamic & Static Analysis of R.C Structures. 7- Dynamic Analysis of R.C structures Considering Diaphragm Discontinuity.
