Biography: Bengin Masih Awdel (BSc, MSc, Ph.D.) is currently an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department (CEED), Faculty of Engineering, Soran University (Kurdistan-Iraq). His current research focuses on the use of waste, industrial by-products, new materials, recycled materials, environmentally friendly concrete in the production of high-quality building materials and enhancing the engineering performance of sustainable civil engineering materials. His extensive research activities have been published in many peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He has published more than 30 articles. He serves as a reviewer for more than 10 national and international peer-reviewed journals.
