Biography: Biography: Full Name: Shamal Fattah Hamad Date and Place of Birth: Born in 1987 in the Soran Independent District, Erbil Governorate. Academic Qualifications: _ Obtained a Bachelor's degree with distinction (92) from the Department of Sharia/College of Islamic Sciences, University of Salahaddin in 2010. He was subsequently appointed as a teaching assistant at the same university and college before transferring his service to Soran University. _ Obtained a Master's degree with distinction from the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Salahaddin, specializing in Comparative Jurisprudence, in 2017. The title of his thesis was: ((Construction Provisions on Waqf Lands - A Field Jurisprudential Study in the District of Dhuman, Erbil)) _ Subsequently, he was appointed as an assistant lecturer at Soran University, Faculties of Law and Political Science and Administration, Department of Law, in 2019. He obtained his PhD from Sulaymaniyah University in 2023. His dissertation was titled "The Impact of the Individualistic School of Thought on the Provisions of Marriage and Divorce in Iraqi Personal Status Law - A Jurisprudential Study." He has experience teaching Personal Status Law (Marriage and Divorce) at Soran University for four years, the Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence for two years, and the Arabic Language for three years. He continues to teach as a lecturer in the Law Department at the Faculties of Law and Political Science and Administration at Soran University.
