Biography: Omar Hassan Omar is a graduate of Islamic Studies - University of Salahaddin / Erbil with a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, then completed his Master's and PhD in Hadith and Heritage Sciences (Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh) from the International Islamic University / Malaysia. After an experience in comparative Islamic studies between Islamic jurisprudence and law, he joined Soran University in 2014. Leadership, academic vision and management begin with a diverse team of faculty members. Omar focuses on studying the crime of exploiting one's position and assaulting public funds, and presenting proposals on preserving funds and ways to deal with assault in light of the objectives of Islamic law and politics. Legal and future research in explaining precautionary measures to prevent this crime in Islamic jurisprudence and Iraqi law... His work also focuses on combating domestic violence, resolving family problems and protecting them from disintegration.
