Biography: Tahsin I. Rasul received the Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics, Soran University, Soran, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. He obtained the B.Sc. degree from Salahaddin University, Erbil, Iraq, in 2004, and the M.Sc. degree from the University of Sussex, United Kingdom, in 2013. He is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Soran University.
