In 1992, I began my academic pursuits by enrolling in Iran's bachelor's degree program in industrial management. I completed my undergraduate studies with dedication and perseverance and graduated in 1996. This foundational education provided me with a solid understanding of the principles and practices of my chosen field. In 2012, I seized a remarkable opportunity in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, specifically in Erbil, where I pursued a master's degree in administrative management. This experience further honed my skills and expanded my knowledge, enabling me to navigate the complexities of managing organizations and leading teams effectively. Seeking continuous growth and intellectual advancement, I set my sights on a Ph.D. program in Management, Marketing, and Economics in Turkey. In early 2015, I was thrilled to be accepted into the program, embarking on a transformative research and academic exploration journey.
